ESPRESSO, BLACKBERRIES, ROASTED PEPPERS, OAKEN VANILLA With its origins in Carménère vineyards planted more than sixty years ago, this is a robust, multifaceted cuvée. It demonstrates both the signature characteristics of the grape’s distinctive personality and the finesse that the estate has encouraged through careful selection and judicious aging in large oak barrels. The result is a deliciously impressive pillar of coffee flavors, accented by wisps of toasty vanilla, dark chocolate and jalapeño. Serving Suggestion: Bistec a lo pobre (Chilean sautéed steak on a bed of onions, topped w/ a fried egg & served w/ rustic, peppery french fries). Mole poblano or stuffed peppers.
