This style of Marlborough Sauvignon is fresh and tangy with a medium body, very ripe fruit flavors, bright acidity, and a long finish. We love this style for the food friendly nature and juicy core of citrus that blooms from the glass with distinct green bell pepper flavors in the background. Serving Suggestion: Herb marinated fresh goat cheese slathered on fresh baguette. Oysters on the half shell w/ an orange-lemon vinaigrette. Seafood tacos w/ mildly spicy mango salsa & avocado.
