SUBTLE OAK, CITRUS, SOFT & COMPLEX, ELEGANT Farmed by twin brothers Terry & Ted Casteel, Bethel Heights Vineyards has been around since 1978 making it the first vineyard in Eola Hills. Their estate Chardonnay is very much in the style of those from Burgundy, lightly aged in French oak barrels, giving it a subtle smokiness, vanilla and spice that matches will with the lemony juiciness of their cool climate Chardonnay. Serve with: Poached striped bass with chive oil, lemon zest and fennel purée.
