KIRSCH & BLUEBERRY FRUIT. RIPE W/ LOVELY BODY Drawn to the rolling hills of Mendocino County, Grandpa, Irv Bliss, bought this 450 acre ranch at auction sight unseen in the late ’30s. Today, the family farms this beautiful land sustainably, making some of California’s best value estate bottled wine. Revealing supple tannin with flavor of kirsch, herbs, tobacco, chocolate, & red berry fruits, this gem doesn’t show any oak. It does, however, deliver a rich mouth-feel and delicious balance. Serving Suggestion: Grilled sausages, ribs, or burgers. Spaghetti & meatballs. Veggie meatloaf.
