CARAMELIZED HAZELNUT, GENTLE BITTERNESS, SWEET SPICES Due to its high average temperatures, Priorat is mostly known for its powerful red wines. Buil & Gine however have not only suceeded in producing incredible white wine but also this delicate, nuanced vermouth. Macabeo, Pedro Ximenez, and Garnacha Blanca are vinified with skin contact, then aromatized with cumin, rosemary, fennel, and vanilla. The base vermouth is aged in solera-style for a minimum of two years, then blended with older vermouths for an unparalleled depth of flavor. Serving Suggestions: Serve chilled alongside Manchego, Marcona almonds, and thinly shaved country ham. Also excellent in a Manhattan!
