RIPE FOREST FRUIT, RICH SPICE, FLORAL & BRIGHT If you’ve never heard of this grape, it’s because Emilio Bulfon rescued it from brink of extinction. Intense aromas, brambly wild berries and herbs, pomegranate, a vein of elegant earthiness, a touch of rose petal – it’s as summery as it gets without being rosé. “Cianorôs" in the local dialect means to drink right from the bottle. Go ahead, try it – we may have even done it ourselves. Serving Suggestions: Wood-roasted zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms & tomatoes w/ brown rice.
