Made entirely from Chardonnay (as is the case with much Crémant de Bourgogne as well as Champagne further north) and, without even the faintest whisper of sweetness, it’s bone dry while maintaining a rich, mouthfilling ripeness reminiscent of crisp pear and creamy apple.
