BRIGHT CHERRY, FRESH HERBS, SILKY & CRISP Cabernet Franc is a key player in illustrious Bordeaux blends, and the solo star of the Middle Loire- including the less famous Anjou Rouge. These often fall into a fun category the French call “vins de soif”: bottles whose sublime simplicity keeps you reaching across the table for another pour. The Cadys’ version is translucently ruby; savory herbs and tangy cherry notes keep you refreshed. Try a slight chill on this one in the summer. Serving Suggestion: Think of drinking this by the carafe outside a cafe, w/ a fresh baguette, local cheeses, & cornichons.
