YELLOW APPLE & WHITE PEACH, GARDENIA & APRICOT, JUICY! The Cady family estate was devasted by a terrible fire in early April 2021, it destroyed most of their winemaking facilities and their whole stock of wines were wiped out, and to add insult to injury they were hit with damaging frosts later that month. In 2022 the Cady family focused on rebuilding, and now we see the emergence of the “Bio” chenin blanc rising from the ashes. This pétillant naturel is the perfect aperitif wine! Serving Suggestion: Crab cake sliders w/cabbage slaw. Fried green tomato BLT. Spinach and smoked salmon salad w/ dill dressing.
