LEMON & PEAR, ULTRA ZESTY, FIRM FINISH From the highest elevation vineyard in all of the Penedès appellation comes this sophisticated white from just outside of Barcelona. This is perhaps Spain’s equivalent to the famously fine, very dry wines of Chablis, Muscadet, and Rheingau. This blend is typically used to make Cava, but this still wine gives us a closer look at their subtle and complex layers. This has been a favorite of ours for years! Serving Suggestions: Pure, unadorned oysters or steamed clams. Sashimi or grilled fish tacos.
