LEMON & PEAR, ULTRA ZESTY, FIRM FINISH This sophisticated white comes from the highest elevation vineyard in all of the Penedès appellation comes, just outside of Barcelona. This is perhaps Spain’s equivalent to the famously fine, very dry wines of Chablis, Muscadet, and Rheingau. This blend is typically used to make Cava, so this still wine gives us a closer look at its subtle and complex layers. Serving Suggestions: Steamed oysters or clams w/ garlic butter. Crispy corn or cabbage pakoras w/ coriander chutney. Zucchini tots w/ feta & mint. Sashimi.
