Transparent and bright violet in color, this offering from La Cassacia is tangy and fruity with lean minerality and the characteristic tinge of almond. Light and incredibly quaffable, this is a fantastic “picnic” red. Can be served lightly chilled. Serving Suggestions: Take it outside with a picnic blanket and a cooler. Goes great with your charcuterie and cheese all the way to your buttermilk tart.
