EARTHY, SALINE, MOUTHWATERINGLY DRY, MUSHROOM From the seaside town of Sanlucar de Barrameda, the home of all Manzanilla, comes this small production sherry made by ninth generation cellar master Ignacio Hidalgo. Since 1758 the wines of his family have been blended off to larger houses such as Lustau, but starting in 1997 Ignacio started bottling his own artisan wines. This Manzanilla is a pure, more earthy style of the classic Spanish aperitif wine. Serving Suggestions:Sardines and anchovies, olives, Manchego cheese, Marcona almonds and roast pimentons.
