BOLD, BERRY PRESERVES, SMOKE, LUSH, FAT & RUSTIC A strong rivalry exists between the three neighboring towns in the local Australian Rules Football competition, and each year the winning team heads out to the vineyard to paint the tank in their team colors. This is fruit-driven Shiraz, with brief aging in French oak to add dimension. So ripe, it might squirt juice if you squeeze the bottle too hard. Vivid fruit flavors, black licorice and freshness abound. Serving Suggestion: Grilled lamb chops marinated in rosemary & juniper berry. Venison stew. Louisiana red beans & rice w/ andouille or plant-based sausage. Smoked gouda Cauliflower au gratin.
