Sharing both Riesling’s beacon-like acidity and its capacity for minerality, its nevertheless maintains a unique identity. This beautiful example layers elegance and power in shimmering waves of vibrant aromas and acidity. The name refers to sundew plants, and the wine is every bit as ethereal and otherworldly as those carnivorous flowers.
