Utilizing its German nom de guerre, Spätburgunder, the estate does tremendous work with the variety. Mouth-caressingly juicy and bursting with intensely red aromas, this is the sort of rosé that, while plenty refreshing in warmer months, continues to be seductive throughout the year – especially as a companion for fall and winter feasts.
