This barrel fermented Chardonnay is lush and generous, and the oak aging presents as toasty spice. There’s no malolactic fermentation so the wine maintains healthy tart acidity. A beautiful California elixir. Serving Suggestions: Salmon croquettes with bread crumbs and green onion. Trout grilled with rosemary and lemon.
