FLORAL, DRY-ISH, AROMATIC, YOUNG DRINKING Kopke is the oldest port wine company in Portugal, dating back to 1638 when two German pioneers settled in Duoro to make wine. White port is rare to find outside of Portugal. We love it in this cocktail. The "Kopke Cocktail" White Portonic: In a tall glass filled with ice add: 1/3 white port 2/3 tonic water, squeeze of fresh lime and stir. Drink and repeat.
