DARK BERRIES, WHITE PEPPER, COCOA. VERY DRINKABLE! This is the sort of tasty, affordable, ready-to-drink Bordeaux red blend that we could drink everyday with a home-cooked meal, or after dinner with a movie. Its deep ruby color and nose of sweet spice with a bit of earth lead in to cherry and blackberry flavors. Mostly Merlot, the touch of Cabernet Sauvignon gives it a backbone, anchors the fruit, and lends length to the finish. This one goes down fast! Serving Suggestion: Thick, juicy, grilled beef burgers w/ mushrooms & Swiss cheese. NY strip steak au poivre. Lentil meatloaf w/ tomato glaze.
