TRULY DRY, GREEN OLIVE, MEDITERRANEAN MINERALITY Based in Reus, the historic homebase of vermouth in Spain, Miró is one of the few surviving vermuterias in southern Catalonia and perhaps the most prominent of the region. Following the devastation of Phylloxera, Vermut became a beverage for the elite in the early 20th century, later falling out of style until experiencing a relatively recent revival. This extra dry version has no sugar added – one of our favorite warm weather aperitifs! Serving Suggestion: This sleek lil’ thang is enjoyed neat, in a 1:1 gin Martini, or (arguably best) on ice complimented with a splash of sparkling water and a slice of lemon.
