Returning to his family’s estate, he embraced the European philosophy of making wines that express a sense of place by implementing more minimalistic techniques. This red blend showcases finesse, character, and depth of flavor resulting from a simple, honest approach. Serving Suggestion: Peppered, seared duck breast w/ garlic, fresh thyme & red wine sauce. Vegetarian moussaka w/ lentils, wild mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant, & asiago.
