BOLD RED PLUM & DRIED CHERRY, CHESTNUT & CINNAMON Michele Reverdito and his sister Sabina didn’t start producing wine until 2000. Before that, however, their family farm had been host to herds of cattle which (we imagine) had a distinctly positive impact on the soil. This wine is shot through with Barolo’s signature intensity and complex melange of flavors and aromas, yet it remains mellow and poised. It’s a great value too! Serving Suggestion: Duck breast stuffed with cherry and fennel. Pici pasta with robiola and shaved truffles.
