RIPE RED RASPBERRY RICHNESS, SPLENDID SPICE & TANTALIZING TANG This Domaine La Rocalière offering’s packaging tells us little: it’s from France and it’s a "rosé wine." Its appearance, on the other hand, speaks volumes. Deep, transparent red with an almost iridescent magenta flourish, it doesn’t have the look of a typical Mediterranean French rosé. Instead, it’s rich and dark yet still refreshing – a dead-ringer for the famed wines of Tavel at half the price. Serving Suggestion:Vietnamese grilled shrimp & pork w/ rice vermicelli, basil, & bean sprouts. Creamy goat’s milk cheeses.
