TINY BUBBLES, SWEET RED FRUIT, NECTAR LIKE Sant’ Evasio produces this frizzante (lightly carbonated) sparkling red from the Brachetto grape. Think of this as the red companion to a Moscato d’Asti. With a sweet sensation tickling the palate and soft cherry fruit gliding across the tongue, this Brachetto will make you grin from ear to ear.
