RIPE & AROMATIC, CRANBERRY & POMEGRANATE, LIGHT OAK Domaine Seguin-Manuel was founded in 1864, in the heart of Burgundy’s Cote d’Or. Thibaut Marion, a tenth-generation winemaker, took over in 2004, converting to organic farming and expanding the vineyards, including some in Pommard, Meursault, and Puligny-Montrachet. This cuvée is classically Burgundian, with aromatic red fruits, friendly tannins, light cinnamon and vanilla from 10 months in French oak, and a long finish. Serving Suggestion:Tartiflette- baked casserole of potatoes, Reblochon, bacon lardons, & onions. Roasted chicken in a tarragon jus. Fettuccine w/ roasted beet & garlic cream sauce.
