KIWI & KEY LIME, GRANNY SMITH, RIPE YET RAZORY Germany’s Mosel, while probably not the precise origin of the Riesling grape, is practically a prism that focuses the variety’s unremitting personality into its most distinctively defined, dictionary-worthy depictions. In fact, the razory zenith reached can, at times, be a bit much for some of us, but this offering from “the home of the wolf” and the estate’s Klein family beautifully tempers that fierce freshness with ripe, round citrus, and a kiss of sweetness.
