RICH, CREAMY, TROPICAL & FLORAL DECADENCE. TOASTY OAK Roussane originates from the Rhone region, there most often found in blends, but here it’s allowed to be the star. Upon opening, the oak and vanilla take center stage, the fruit emerging as it breathes- then for the real show. Rich lemon custard, spice-baked pears, grilled pineapple, orange blossom, and honeysuckle emerge, with a tantalizingly long finish. It’s unfiltered, with a lovely bit of haze, so decant if you prefer. Serving Suggestions: Pepper-crusted roasted chicken w/ buttery egg noodles. Tender braised veal & root vegetables in an herb velouté. Summer vegetables au gratin.
