BLOSSOMY AROMAS, STONE FRUIT, GINGER, HONEY & SPICE Viognier may be native to the Rhone Valley, but now almost as many acres of it are planted in California as in France. This offering is hand-picked at the highest point in the vineyards where it benefits from the Pacific breezes. The result is a crisp, floral, dry wine with medium body and acidity, tell-tale aromas of honeysuckle and peach, and fantastic flavors of orange zest and white pepper. Serving Suggestion: Sumac, lemon, garlic, & olive oil marinated, roasted chicken w/ tahini-yogurt sauce. Seafood soup w/ potatoes, chilis, garlic, preserved lemons, paprika, tarragon, & fennel. Brie & Saint-Andre cheeses.
