Visintini, Pinot Grigio, Colli Orientali, Friuli, Italy 2023 {Biodynamic} 100% Pinot Grigio PEAR & PLUMCOT, FLORAL & MINERALLY, COPPERY COLOR Pinot Gris (Grigio) is native to France, but the grape arguably reaches its zenith in Friuli in the far northeast of Italy, where it tends towards a richer, more expressive style. Visintini’s version bursts from the glass with eye-catching color and autumnal perfume. Refreshing Korean pear-like texture from extended skin contact and pinkish, plum-apricot fruit interwoven with mountain stream minerality make this a real treat for the senses.
