CLASSIC! LEMON & MINERAL, HIGH ACID, SALINE HINT If you could look up the taste of a traditional Chablis in the dictionary, this would be it! But, too few classic Chablis wines are imported at reasonable prices because: A) They think Americans only want Chablis that tastes like California Chardonnay. B) The great values are consumed in France. C) There’s not much Chablis made, and the demand is so high. Here is a rarity for us, and we think you’ll really enjoy it. Serving Suggestions:Simple shellfish is a no-brainer here. But also roast chicken with garlic, ginger & lemon.
