Arguably more seductive and mysterious than massive or brooding, it is absolutely enchanting! Serving Suggestion: Christmas goose (or duck) w/ rosemary, thyme, orange zest, nutmeg, & cinnamon. Serve w/ smashed potato & port gravy.
