Respect for nature is their guiding principle and the majority of their labor is done manually & with intentionality. This Grenache & Syrah blend is an expression of the philosophy at Rocalière. Aptly named “Terre-Mère”, meaning “Mother Earth”, this wine is fleshy, floral and softly earthy with gentle tannins. Serving Suggestions:Spicy pork bulgogi. Peppery cacio e pepe.
