LIME & LEMON, LIGHT HERBS, BRIGHT & CRISP This estate, which dates back to 1773, is located at the base of the Constantia Mountain in just a few miles from the ocean. Pronounced “bay-ten-fur-vachk-ting", Dutch for "beyond expectations," this South African producer crafts outstanding, cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc with accentuated ripeness, citrusy zestiness, tropicality, and an herbaceous goodness that we love to enjoy with food. It’s very bright, alive, and zingy all the way to the finish line. Serving Suggestion: Grilled veggie tacos loaded w/ tomatillo salsa, oregano, & fresh lime juice. Grilled chicken breast brushed w/ a garlic, jalapeño, & orange zest marinade.
