This chillable red blend is refreshing and easy to drink, without being too light. This quartet of signature Piemontese grapes gets along splendidly, finding a beautifully balanced combination of generous fruit, herbaceous spice, vibrant acidity, and invigorating tannic texture. Serving Suggestion: Pork tenderloin marinated in olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, & thyme. Baked rigatoni w/ tomato sauce, mushrooms, & taleggio.
