DEEP, INKY PLUM, MARIONBERRY, BEAUTIFULLY STRUCTURED, EARTHY Château Doms is located in the heart of Graves, a region named for its gravelly soil just south of Bordeaux city. Working with a traditional approach in a winery overhauled with modern technology in the mid-nineties, this 5th-generation women-led winemaking family brings us this lovely left bank red. Fresh, bright berry flavors are pronounced in this stainless steel and concrete aged cuvée, with only minimal, delicate intervention – a true expression of this special terroir! Serving Suggestion: Braised mole beef tacos topped with in-season tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lime, & sour cream. Jackfruit barbeque w/ an exotic slaw, corn fritters, and as many other sides as you’d like.
