{organic} 100% Cabernet Franc BOLD RED PLUM & CASSIS. ELEGANTLY EARTHY & HERBACEOUS This is 100% Cabernet Franc, the red grape most beloved to the central portions of France’s Loire Valley. Five generations of Gourons have made wine at this Chinon estate, and their carefully tended vines yield quality over quantity – grapes that are packed with flavor! The cave for aging their wines is dug into a hillside and extends several hundred meters, providing perfect temperatures. Beautifully inky, purple, and fresh, this Cab Franc abounds with perfumy cassis, fleshy black cherry, autumnal leaves and moderate tannins! A Wine Authorities exclusive!
