CANDIED ORANGE PEEL & APRICOT, SWEET & MUSKY The Moscato grapes in this lusciously complex dessert wines are covered and left in dry, windy places around the property to gradually wither and raisin up. The sugar ratio goes through the roof and the grapes take on natural musk, so we end up with silky sweet and intensely flavored passito that seems to float over the tongue. Serving Suggestions: Flan or custard, strong runny cheeses, bowls of ripe fruit.
